I/We would like to register in the Dividend Re-Investment Plan (DRep) under NMB Saral Bachat Fund - E (an Open Ended Scheme) with the following details. Further, I/We hereby agree to re-invest my/our all dividend amount in the scheme as per aforementioned instruction after deducting the applicable tax and DP fees and declare that the instruction remains in force till further information from me in writing. म/हामी निम्न बमोजिमको जानकारी संगै एनएमबि सरल बचत फण्ड - इ (खुलामुखी योजना) अन्तर्गतको लाभांश पुन: लगानी योजनामा दर्ता हुन चाहन्छौं । साथै, म/हामीले उक्त्त योजनाबाट प्राप्त गर्ने लाभांश रकममा आवश्यक कर तथा डिपी शूल्क कट्टा गरी (घटाई) प्राप्त गर्ने रकमलाई यसै निवेदन बमोजिम योजनामा पुन: लगानी गर्न मञ्जुर गर्दछु/छौँ र यो निवेदन म/हामीले अर्को लिखीत जानकारी नगराए सम्मका लागि लागु रहने उद्घोष गर्दछु/छौँ ।
SIP Purchase shall be executed after receipt of fund at respective bank account of NMB Saral Bachat Fund - E at applicable NAV.(योजना खरीदको रकम खातामा आए पश्चात् मात्र एनएमबि सरल बचत फण्ड – इ को इकाई खरीद गरिने छ ।) The fund Manager reserves all the right to terminate SIP registration in case of default in SIP installment.(योजना व्यवस्थापकले लगानीको किस्तामा पूर्वनिर्धारित भएमा व्यवस्थित लगानी दर्ता समाप्त गर्ने सबै अधिकार सुरक्षित गर्दछ । ) The fund manager has the right to deduct transaction and other charges as per prevailing laws and regulations.(योजना व्यवस्थापकलाई प्रचलित कानून र नियमहरु अनुसार लेनदेन र अन्य शुल्कहरु कटौती गर्ने अधिकार हनेछ । ) The unitholders have the right to cancel the SIP registration only after one year from the registration date and should submit a written request for cancellation of SIP at prior to 3 working days.(इकाईधनीहरुले व्यवस्थित लगानी दर्ता मितिको एक वर्ष पछि मात्र लगानी दर्ता रद्द गर्ने अधिकार पाउनेछन् र लगानी रद्द गर्नको लागि ३ कार्य दिन अघि लिखित अनुरोध पेश गर्नुपर्नेछ । ) The fund manager has the right to freeze the SIP purchase units and the client can redeem or unfreeze the SIP units only after cancellation of the SIP.(व्यवस्थित लगानी योजना मार्फत खरीद गरिएका इकाईहरु रोक्का गर्ने अधिकार योजना व्यवस्थापकको हुनेछ र ग्राहकले उक्त लगानी रद्द गरेपछि मात्र सो इकाईहरु पुनः भुक्तानी वा फुकुवा गर्न सकिनेछ । ) The unitholders has the right to amend SIP amount at their convenience with a written application to the Fund manager.(इकाईधनीहरुले कोष प्रबन्धकलाई लिखित निवेदन दिई व्यवस्थित लगानी योजनाको रकम संशोधन गर्ने अधिकार हुनेछ । ) The unitholders shall be fully responsible for delay in processing of units in case of wrong information provided by the unitholder.(यदि दिइएको जानकारी गलत भई इकाई प्रशोधनमा ढिलाई हुन गएमा इकाईधनीहरु स्वयं जिम्मेवार हुनेछन् । ) Payments made by the third party are not allowed except guardians/concerned person on behalf of a minor, family members, and employers/corporate on behalf of employees.(नाबालकको हकमा संरक्षक र संस्थाको हकमा सम्बन्धित संस्थाका कर्मचारीहरु बाहेक अरुले भुक्तानी गर्न पाउने छैन । ) I/We have read, understood and agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the scheme related documents and the terms and conditions of enrollment for Systematic Investment Plan (SIP).(म/हामी माथि उल्लिखित नियम/विनियमहरु पढी, बुझि स्वीकार गर्दछु । साथै, म/हामी घोषणा गर्दछौं कि योजना व्यवस्थापकले जारी गरेको योजनासंग सम्बन्धित विवरण पुस्तिका लगायत कागजातहरुको ध्यानपूर्वक अध्ययन गरी यससंग सम्बन्धित जोखिम समेत राम्ररी बुझेको छौं । )
